Kevin McFeely
President and Chief Executive Officer
Kevin is the President & CEO at Foss Home and Village. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Wayne State University, Detroit, MI and a Master’s degree in Health Services Administration from George Washington University, Washington, DC.
He is passionate about serving seniors and has been actively involved with LeadingAge, LeadingAge Washington, Lutheran Services in America and other civic minded organizations in various roles. He currently serves as the Chair of the Life Plan Community Cabinet for LeadingAge Washington, working to advocate effectively on behalf of seniors. Kevin and his wife Cindy enjoy traveling the world and cheering for their four children on volleyball courts, basketball courts, baseball fields and beyond.
David Hoffman
Chief Financial Officer
David is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and has been with Foss for about a year, coming to Foss as part of the new partnership with eliseo. He received his accounting degree and MBA from St. Martin’s University. David also served in the military for four years as a tank gunner and reconnaissance scout.
David appreciates that eliseo and Foss share their mission and values. The Foss employees and residents make being part of the Foss family meaningful.
In his spare time, David enjoys golfing, playing softball and spending time with his four children.
Laura Molzahn
Executive Director/Nursing Home Administrator
Laura began her career at Foss 34 years ago, working in the kitchen and in 2001 become the Culinary Director. Laura has an A.A.S in Culinary Arts from Seattle Central, is a Certified Dietary Manager and holds a B.A. in Hotel & Restaurant Management from the Art Institute.
Foss has been in Laura’s family since her great grandparents were residents 55 years ago, and more recently, her 17-year-old daughter contributing art work for the Foss Farmers Market.
When Laura is not at Foss she enjoys hot yoga, live music, and fantasy football.
Kara Brennan
Assisted Living Director
Kara’s journey at Foss Village began in 2017 as a nurse practitioner providing direct patient care, and then as a manager overseeing a team of nurse practitioners and RNs providing care for residents in assisted living and nursing homes throughout Puget Sound. Foss has always impressed Kara with the care experience it provided for her patients and their families. “Working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team is the goal of being a clinician in aging services, but I never saw it work better in practice than at Foss.”
After participating in the Leading Age Leadership Institute, Kara was inspired to channel her leadership skills in a different capacity. Kara proudly became an official employee of Foss in 2023 and is honored to serve in a community she has long valued.
Outside of work Kara finds joy in her family, the great forests of the northwest, traveling, cooking, artistic pursuits, and reading.
Andrew Dolan
Director of Human Resources
Andrew is the Director of Human Resources at Foss. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana majoring in business, with a concentration in management. He has been working in Human Resources ever since, in private, public, and healthcare sectors.
In his spare time, he enjoys being active and exploring the great outdoors with his wife and dog. Andrew enjoys all things sports and is an avid fan of the New Orleans Saints and Brentford F.C..
Andrew chose to work at Foss because “Foss is a family and being able to care for our wonderful residents and work alongside the best staff has been so rewarding.”
Dani Dinlocker-Santiago
Director of Marketing and Public Relations
Dani is the Director of Marketing and Public Relations at Foss Home and Village. Dani graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, majoring in English with a concentration in Creative Writing.
Dani found her passion for healthcare by interning as an Executive Assistant in hospice care while in college. In Dani’s spare time, she enjoys volunteering; she is a board member of the American Association of University Women and a Co-chair of the 2023 Stem Scholar Recognition Program. Dani also enjoys practicing yoga and writing poetry.
Dani is excited about her new role at Foss Home and Village and can’t wait to dive deeper into the community to spread the word about Foss.
Trish Ortiz-Daza
Director Nursing Services
Trish’s passion is geriatric care. She focuses on providing quality of care by being mindful of individual preferences and needs. She enjoys getting to know the people that she works with and believes in treating everyone like family.
Ms. Ortiz-Daza has been a nurse for over 15 years. She started as a unit nurse in long term care but her zeal and talent for nursing was recognized early in her career and after a short time she was promoted to a Resident Care Manager of Memory Care. Trish has worked in virtually every role in a skilled nursing facility. She is certified in infection prevention and has extensive experience in education, and developing systems to deliver the best outcome for our residents.
When Trish is away from Foss she enjoys artistic pursuits such as sewing, fashion design, crotcheting and painting. She also loves spending time with her spouse, three dogs and cat.
Hendra Widjaja
Controller
Hendra is the Controller at Foss Home and Village. He received his Economics Honors Bachelor of Science degree from University of Washington and MBA in Finance with Louisiana State University Shreveport. To him, serving and contributing his skills and talents to the society is truly a great accomplishment. At Foss, there are diversity among staffs and residents. He feels grateful to work with and learn from others. In his leisure time, Hendra likes to play a piano and violin. He also enjoys all different kind of sports such as swimming, playing tennis, and tennis table.
James Lynch
Head of Facility
James Lynch is the Head of Facility at Foss Home and Village. Previously working in delivery logistics in Seattle, James sought a more meaningful career and found his niche in Senior Assisted Living. With over a decade of experience in the industry, James is excited to continue Foss’ tradition of providing outstanding care to seniors. Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with his family and hiking or creating sculptures in his workshop. His passion for excellence and love for Foss residents make him a valuable asset to our team.
Julissa Chavez
Dining Services Director
Julissa Chavez is an accomplished Dining Services Director with over 20 years of industry experience. She graduated from the Art Institute of Seattle and has since become a highly respected professional in her field. Julissa is known for her exceptional quality and customer service, and her innovative approach to menu design and meal preparation consistently exceeds expectations. Outside of work, Julissa enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. Her dedication to work-life balance and passion for culinary excellence are evident in all that she does. Julissa’s commitment to customer satisfaction makes her an invaluable member of the Foss Home and Village team.
