Our Approach
Assisted Living: 60 private apartments located in six homelike cottages. The monthly base rate includes the following services:

The Admissions Process
Step 1. Call 206-834-2524, (Village Office), for any additional information about the Village, and/or to schedule a tour.
Step 2. Submit an application. (You can either call and we will send you one or you can download the one here).
Step 3. The application will be reviewed and placed on our waiting list. When an apartment becomes available and you are the first person or next on the list you will be contacted. The Village Wellness Nurse will call to schedule a time with you to conduct an assessment to determine if the Village is an appropriate placement.
Step 4. If accepted, you will meet with Village Staff to sign the admissions agreement, determine if additional services are needed and to set up the move in date.
