Dignity means regaining independence and having choices after a health crisis. Our transitional care unit is a place for healing for someone who needs help following illness, trauma or hospitalization.
Our programs are designed to rebuild strength, balance or ambulatory skills. Specialized nursing and intensive rehabilitation help people achieve their highest possible level of independent living. Residents benefit from:
